This is not a long post, I have a party to get back to.
But for the first time on the internet, I can actually introduce myself as Kyle Blomgren, DO.

I could not have done this without my amazing wife, kids, in-laws, parents, and friends. You all are amazing, and are the best supporters a doctor can ever have.
This is not the end of my story, or this blog, but rather the beginning. My name has changed, my responsibilities have changed, but I still have a long way to go.
I am a father of four, a paramedic, and an Osteopathic physician. I grew up in Southern California and spent my early adult life bouncing around the country before finally settling in Washington state with my wife. I'm not one to shy away from voicing my opinions. I've been an instructor for the American Heart Association since 2012 and have taught for multiple hospitals, EMS agencies, and colleges.
I enjoy the outdoors, board games, role-playing games, and generally enjoying time with my kids.

I watched your commencement today. Congratulations Dr Blomgren! You will now be able to help so many people recover from their illness, relieve their pain and save lives. This will make all the late night studying and effort worth while.
